In partnership with Larry Linne, founder and chairman of Intellectual Innovations, this month, EO Nashville will roll out “Second in Command,” a Noise Reduction Program for EO Nashville member second-in-commands (SiCs).
This new resource for growing business leaders is based on The Noise Reduction SystemTM, which Linne first detailed in his book, Make The Noise Go Away. Linne’s ideas and training tools have been implemented in organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies.
The typical CEO spends less than 20 percent of his or her time engaged in thinking and activities that bring the greatest value to their businesses. This program gets your SiC in a organized and peer-supported program where he or she can maximize job efficiency, allowing CEOs to be much more strategic.
EO Nashville SiC participants will engage in 10 monthly seminars led by Mary Sobon, principal of the executive coaching firm, M2 Consulting. The classes will begin February 12.
Following the seminars, SiC participants will be placed in a peer-to-peer forum group and will continue to meet monthly. The cost for the entire program is $2750 per SiC participant. The inaugural class has been limited to 12 members to ensure maximum support and engagement.
